There are different grades (PGI-33, PGI-41, PGI-51, PGI-61 and PGI-71) to suit the customers/industry needs as per application. The material is offered in 25 kgs, 50 kgs, HDPE packing and 500 kg jumbo packing.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES :
M/s. PARTHIV GLOBAL IND. (P.) LTD. is involved in the “Manufacture and Supply of Calcium Carbonate” manufacturing of calcium carbonate various grades of precipitated is done as per process of carbonation of milk of lime. Key process steps involved are Calcination of limestone, hydration of calcinated lime, carbonation of hydrated lime, de watering and drying.
It has developed a Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001-2015 standard. All required documentation has been developed in three levels i.e. Quality Manual and HR Manual,
Standard Operating Procedures, specification, Test Methods and Records. All the controlled Documents and records are controlled as per the SOP for control fo documents and Control of Records. Calibration / Inspection of Pressure vessels / Transpiration / Fabrication / Rewinding of
motors required for the operation of the plant are outsourced activities . These outsourced activities are controlled with the help of Work order and Good Receipt note / Supplier registration method / service reports etc.

Calcium Carbonate is versatile its application in perhaps the only common Factor across a very wide spectrum of industries. our product find their application in plastic, synthetic, natural rubber and adhesive, setteiling agent. These are also used in various emulsions, paint and polishing agent. Printing ink, variety paper and paper based products and detergents. Pharmaceutical and cattlefeed products, toothpaste, toothpowder use our products extensively.
In FMCG segment these products is used in manufacturing of a wide range of cosmetics products, chewing gum and powdered drinks.
